February frou-frou

My first thought: is frou-frou hyphenated, or not?

My second thought: it is fun pairing spring-y pastels and florals with black knit tights for winter.

winter pastels

Beret: thrifted
Vintage dress: thrifted
Belt: thrifted
Tights: Target
Brogues: Wal-Mart

I have been hitting the berets pretty hard lately, but I can quit at any time.

Frou-frou can be done with the hyphen or as one word without a hyphen. I prefer the hyphen. Great outfit!
